Dear Friends,
Rotary’s 1st Annual West GA Talent Competition is scheduled for Saturday, April 30th, 2022, at the Mabry Arts Center. This annual fundraiser supports Rotary’s on-going mission of service above self. We plan to utilize funds from this event to reconnect those living in communities who have been disconnected due to the pandemic through art and music in an incitive titled #notforgotten. We are writing to share a bit about Rotary, the competi-tion, and to ask you to consider a tax-deductible donation to support Rotary’s mission and ultimately our greater West Georgia community.
For over 115 years, Rotary Clubs around the globe have been working tirelessly to address the challenges and needs of local communities. On a weekly basis, professionals with diverse backgrounds in local communities gather to exchange ideas, form meaningful life-long friendships, and give back to their local communities. In addi-tion to #notforgotten, the Rotary Club of Carrollton supports the following: The UWG Dr. Rash Education Scholarship, West Georgia Technical College Education Scholarship, Carroll County Council on Aging, Carroll County Training Center, the Neva Lomason Library, THS Emergency Shelter, The Blake House, and Carroll County Mental Health Advocates.
The Rotary Club of Carrollton is pleased to offer a variety of sponsorship packages for the event to help secure funds for our many charities including#notforgotten.
